The FDC offers Pick-up and Delivery Products to its customers. Some of the Features of these Services are set out below.

• Local Door-to-door delivery
• Same-Day Service
• 361 Days a Year (Exceptions: Thanksgiving, July 4th, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
• Hours of Pick-up-24 hours a day; Seven (7) days a week
• Hours of Delivery-Between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.; Seven (7) days a week
• 50lbs or Under (Max Standard Dims: 26x20x20)
• Hazardous Materials Handling (Dry Ice; Food Safety)
• Tracking
• Proof of Delivery-Signature Requested Or No Contact with Photo 

At present we do not allow redirects on the first delivery attempt. If a package has been returned to the point of origin, the Consumer can request a new delivery destination.
